My direct boss is a yes man, you can predict with 100% certainty what he'll say.

I asked for a change and he just ignored, then there were more calls for change, partly because I was telling other people what the problem was, and some customers complained too. So then we had change, and he asked "how can we implement this change?" and every suggestion was met with "I don't know" or "that'll be difficult". I was like "why are you asking me then?"

Mostly I find I change the things I can change without informing people, and try and ignore everything else.

Diversity and inclusion, meaning those who are minorities, are included and part of the country, or the military. 50% of the US military is White Caucasian, and the other 50% is comprised of non-Whites (Blacks, Latinos, Native Americans, Asians..etc). Inclusion Despite our diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, we are all Americans and therefore equals before the law.
