I'm sure there have to be "blind" spots, so, I would suppose it would be easy enough to do if you wanted to.

Wife and I been to cruises many times and I witnessed couple of occasions that people are so drunk playing wild by the rails One try to climb over the rails. These no way you will just fell off unless you do it purposely.
