This is a poem I wrote two years ago in sixth grade
Day of Terror
September 11 started all the same
Sinister events would earn it’s fame
3,000 innocent people suddenly killed
Making field of horror forever tilled
Sadness, anger both were felt
Yet American courage did not melt
It was a day of unthinkable terror, a day of never-ending stress
Their punishment should be no less
An evil plan by a sinister evil man
Coalition forces go as fast as you can
The anti-wars should hold their breath
And try to understand all of the death
To stop the horrific Iraqi regime
Kuwaiti freedom it should redeem
Flight 93 is not in vain
For the heroes battled on in the plane
When we saw the damage our hearts were locked
By that time governmental guns were cocked
They were days of terror, days of stress
Their punishment will be no less

Thank you very much. It was alot better before my teacher suggested I change it. I modified it for the grade. I was invited to the finalists banquet twice in Orlando with that poem. It cost around 600 dollars, I couldn't go.
Be sure to read my other poems: Antichrist and Sacred

Europe is being overrun by the Muslims,
Soon it too will become a land of slums.
Dirty Beast
From the Middle East.
Europeans don't carry guns
To stop the filthy Muslims.
But America will answer the bell,
And defeat those cowards going to hell.
And remember Americans have guns
To kill those filthy, beastly Muslims.
