Darnella Frazier, The Teen Who Filmed George Floyd’s Murder, Awarded A Pulitzer Citation

They changed the world, but not in a good way.

The public revealing of the video resulted in thousands of people losing their homes, livelihoods, etc. to BLM violence.

And the rioting continues.
So you are opposed to the idea of police being held accountable??

Cool...

Even most Republicans disagree with you...

I have absolutely no problem with holding police officers accountable.

Just that there is a way to do it that won't cause BLM Rioting.

A discrete complaint to the police chief , for example.

First off, the other police officers should have been truthful in their reports of what happened. It's bad enough that Chauvin lied on his police report, but he got the other 3 officers to lie on their reports in order to support his story.

The idea of a discrete report doesn't fly when nobody tells the truth.

Why can't anyone hold George Floyd accountable for the drug use that killed him?

The police officers made their mistake in not getting away from Floyd as soon as they saw who it was passing the counterfeit money.

Its really the Secret Service's job to deal with fake bills, and it they would have just spoke to the storekeep on the phone and gave him the address to the Secret Service so he could write a letter, it would have saved them a lot of grief and they wouldn't have had to leave the donut restaurant for the call.

But once the event happened, they would have been more well advised just to plead the Fifth Amendment. There is no evidence that Chauvin was ever given his rights BEFORE he was allowed to make a statement.

Think about it. Every police officer is required to memorize the standard Miranda rights warning. If they don't know their rights before questioning, they're in the wrong occupation.

I agree with some of the media, she should have gotten a full Pulitzer Prize for that video.

The Pulitzer Prize has been soiled and reduced in importance over the years. We all know that Woodward and Bernstein are Prog swamp shills now. Like many of the so called news people we used to respect. There are many reasons a Republic dies. We were on our way to that after 1913 and on December 7, 1941 the beginnings of Empire started as Democracy took more and more control. Spy agencies started to proliferate and their tentacles went in all directions. Journalists were part of it. We have seen so many of the come out as shills in the last dozen years.

The truth is....a cop accidently killed a lifelong criminal and incidentally did Americans a favor...That scary truth?
Accidently?
Did you read the verdict. 12 angry men said it was intentional murder.
Cool...lets go with intentional murder....In any case, he made America a better place.

This young girl most certainly did. She won a prize for doing so. Chauvin won a prison sentence.

She sure did...
She wears more blood on her hands than does Chauvin...she was the catalyst to 40 dead and billions in damage passed on to the taxpayer.....she took the public perception of blacks back to 1965 and gave the jungle animals a reason to riot, loot, commit arson and murder.
That video is so fucking awesome in the backwards Twilight Zone world of LibTardia.

Pulitzers are politically correct little gold stars given out for correct political thought.
It's the left once again forming a way to pat itself on the back while trying to convey the
impression everyone loves them, which is hardly true.

I don't see why she shouldn't. Walter Duranty whose NYT reporting caused the deaths of millions in Ukraine earned him a Pulitzer in 1932.

This individual certainly deserves one as well on the same basis, her slavish devotion to stirring up trouble. If she would have just turned over the video to the police, let the chief know what was happening and deal with it on the QT, she wouldn't have caused any rioting.

Kinda like those who tossed the Tea in Boston. Quite a few deaths and destruction happened after that. Unfortunately change sometimes is messy.

Based on reality and the data, what "change" was needed that was worth 40 lives, billions in damage and dragging the perception of dark people back to the 60's?

"A recent study, published by the prestigious National Bureau of Economic Research, found "no evidence of racial discrimination in officer-involved shootings." The study, by Harvard economics professor Roland Fryer Jr., who is black, studied data from three major cities"

You already know the answer to your question. We have had thread after thread on this.

Why didn't they share the award to the thug who stood over Captain David Dorn and recorded his lasts gasps of life.
Or the person who used his cellphone to record the guy bashed to death with skateboards?
Who?

What a piece of garbage you are. David Dorn. BLACK cop killed by YOUR BLM/ Pantifa cowards while helping protect a business from getting looted or burned. Crawl back under your rock.
