its not me thats making these assertions. Its medical experts who assert that Floyd's breathing did not slow enough for the fentanyl to be a factor in low oxygen levels.
Also, the forensic toxicologist found that a portion of the fentanyl had metabolized, making it an insignificant factor in death.
