Stupid. Yeah, we know all the names of the poor & homeless in our country. And where do you think they go when the Gestapo picks em up? Think for God's sake.

What are you babbling about? Nobody is going to jail because they didn't buy health insurance.

If they don't pay Obama's fine, their wages will be garnished or they'll be incarcerated. His IRS Henchmen are not nice people. Another miserable aspect of his healthcare debacle.

Secondly, there is a ten year statue of limitations on collections. If they can't get the money from you within ten years, it just magically disappears. The IRS doesn't want to waste time with people from whom they cannot collect, but they will go after those who can pay. Here's the thing; if you can pay those taxes, then you should't have the IRS after you anyway, unless of course you chose not to pay. Those are the people who go to jail, not those who see their business go belly up and are left unable to pay their taxes. So the person who can't afford to pay for health insurance is not going to jail. Some of you people just crack me up with the silly things you believe.

Obama should have been Impeached for his awful IRS abuses. He's used it to attack those who opposed him. It's criminal. But that's another discussion for another day.

I agree with that. But that's the whole reason why I'm completely against all these massive government agencies. We need to slim down the government to a size that is actually manageable.

There is no possible way that any person, Obama, Bush or otherwise, can watch over the government as large as it is.

Unfortunately, I wager only a national crisis will cause government to slim down. Until we have our own Greek Moment, things will only get worse.

So while someone must take responsibility for actions the government takes, I think it's unfair that Obama or anyone else is attacked over it. But what other option do we have? This is why over the years, the number of decent people willing to do the job of president goes down, and more and more idiots end up in power. Only an idiot willing to do whatever it takes for the sake of power, is going to put up with the crap of being president.
