Court Won't Stop Texas Abortion Ban, But OKs Clinics' Suit

Soon it will go to the state legislatures, and we know Republicans don't trust women with their own bodies.
They will and already have made them 2nd class citizens.

It's not a matter of trust.

We women don't have to earn anyone's trust when it comes to our bodies.

Men don't have to get anyone's trust when it comes to their bodies.

This having to "trust" women is a bunch of total BS.

No one has to gain any man's trust in regard to her own body.

It's not any man's business. That is beyond the man who got the woman pregnant in the first place and 9 times out of 10, that man is long gone never to return. If found he will swear that he didn't have sex with her and he didn't cause that pregnancy.

Total strangers have no say in what any woman can or can't do with their own body.

Period.

May the VOTING begin.

Voting is the only way to put a stop to all this.

Women need to vote.

Since the U.S. Constitution is neutral on abortion, voting should have decided abortion in every state.

It's a mixed ruling.

The clinics can proceed with their law suit to stop the law.

However the ban stays in place. For now.

We will have to wait for the lawsuits to work their way through the courts.

Meanwhile, rape and incest survivors will still have to give birth to a rapist's child.

I'm sure there are countless parents in Texas who are just so happy their teenage daughters will be forced to give birth to a rapist's child.

And I'm sure there are countless husbands in Texas who are excited to learn that if their wife is raped she will be forced to give birth to that rapist's child.

I'm sure all those husbands will be filled with joy to know they will have to financially support and raise that rapist's child.

This law is sick and never should have been allowed to be enacted.

The people of our nation seriously need to wake up and vote all these republicans out of office.

Finally, do you want one of the blue states to enact a law that allows private people to sue people who owns semi automatic weapons?

California or Massachusetts or New York could enact such laws because the law in Texas has been allowed to stand so far.
