Two years after such an illegal and unconstitutional redistribution, those who were wealthy before the redistribution will be once again, and those who were poor will once again be poor.

In order to redistribute the private wealth of America all assets would have to be converted to cash. Then, all that property would have to be destroyed just like a vehicle with no salvage value after it's "totaled" in a crash. Or, now the government owns everything that was converted to cash (that's where the cash came from), and to maintain it taxes would skyrocket, and the money given out would soon return to the government, and the people would soon own nothing. People that owned houses would now pay rent to the government out of the money they received in the redistribution. Of course, the government could sell you back your house or other property, likely at an inflated price.

The government would also own all private businesses as well, this would be instant socialism. Business owners would now be employees of the government in their former businesses.

This is not a very good idea.
