The concept of a "conservative" judge is misleading. What the US Constitution demands is a Constitutional judge, one who abides by the constraints outlined in the Constitution basically determining whether or not a piece of legislation conforms to the US Constitution. The opposite of a Constitutional judge is an activist judge, an unelected, egomaniac POS (like Ruth Buzzi) who think they can legislate from the bench and do the job that Congress is required to do!
