5. House of Delegates convenes to fill vacancy

I can definitely see us getting all the way to number 5, possibly in the next week. There will definitely be a Red Herring thrown out once Fairfax's oral arguments go limp, and the next guy in line is named Cox. No I'm not making that up, so he's definitely going down.

This whole issue is nothing more than a shiny object to divert attention away from real issues. I think Democrats are wrong to allow themselves to be so manipulated by Republicans. When the pictures of Northam came up, did anyone ask what kind of leadership he has practiced since then? THAT should be the primary concern IMHO. But it's like Democrats are too scared of what Republicans will think if they don't get their shorts in a wad. Too bad they didn't just say "So What!" and look at his record since 1984. Historically, many Presidents were part of the Klan or it's ilk just to get a foot in the door. Truman and Byrd come to mind...but how did they govern and legislate AFTER they got in office. FDR was called a traitor to his class. And now it appears Democrats are over-reacting with a picture of McConnell (Yuk!) in front of the Stars & Bars. I was embarrassed by the Kavanaugh hearings too, not because I don't think he is a Trump flunky...I do. And his tearful, yelling , snotty demeanor was offensive to me. But relying on a 30 year old kid's giggly locker room macho was stupid, even if I do seriously believe Ford. I hope Democrats grow beyond this adolescence and show some real adult concerns and wisdom.

I think its the Democrats that started this KKK-Black Face story with Northam, not the Republicans at all. If the GOP knew about it, they would have brought it up BEFORE the election when this socialist Northam got in.

The story was actually designed by the D's to distract from Northam stepping in it earlier last week when he advocated for Infanticide.

No way do I believe any allegation that hasn't been tested by the Police or a Court...preferably a court. Even at the Police level if a charge is made then it's still only an allegation. And that goes for Dems, Pubs, men, women, kids, dogs and even bloody cats!!!

No way will I accept anyone's word unless it has be tested!! Even MINE!!

Not necessarily. Someone could have been doing opposition research, snooping around Northam's alma mater and seeing what he could see. Medical Schools have libraries that could have their yearbooks available for inspection
