In other words Nancy Pelosi is staring down the barrel of the most conservative SCOTUS in nearly a century. As the highest elected D officeholder in the federal government Nancy is in charge of avoiding D defeats. Pelosi is most likely losing her mind...what she is thinking or doing is anybodies guess....there was a house page who is now retired that delivered packages to house members some of the mail packages contained pharmaceuticals/prescription medicine...he had to carefully inspect them after 9-11...most contained medicine like cholinesterase inhibitors for Alzheimers patients...as soon as he retired he thought he should tell someone so he has and he has been black balled and sued into silence....

Are you suggesting she should re-animate the decaying corpse of Justice Ginsberg to avoid another conservative appointment?

Actually, the newer form of targeted radiation therapies are quite effective and do significantly less damage to the surrounding non-tumorous tissues.

Lots of success in with those therapies.

Pelosi is the Speaker of the House. There is nothing she can do to
prevent Trump appointing a conservative justice. Nothing.

As far as her tuning down her rhetoric, they believe a 9th circuit
justice will put a halt to a Trump National Emergency and the
election will be over before the court here's the case.

The WH can ask SCOTUS to stay the lower court's judgement
and allow the National Emergency to take effect, before they
hear the case in its entirety.

I'm not sure the two have anything to do with eachother unless you are saying Pelosi should demand Trump nominate her choice for the Supreme Court in exchange for the wall.

Trump's first two choices were fairly middle or the road/moderate choices...if he follows suit it will not be a big deal.
