Actually, I want to build a CNG pipeline to the Oregon coast but that seems to be blocked every inch of the way. Plus, if CA needs crude for to keep their Refineries open, we can just as easily as use the rail for that. But a pipeline is much less expensive in the long run. I would rather see our crude go to Ca than to Texas if it's needed. If it's not needed in Tx then we should stop shipping it. BTW, in an oil field, you may have a handful of operating sites with hundreds of ones that are capped off because there is more oil there than is needed. Funny how the MAGAts leave that part out. So we have the oil to not only supply our part of the Tx needs but have plenty to take care of CA needs as well. I don't support a pipeline over a rail system except for every day to day operational costs.
