See you live in N.J. and you are a ham sandwich under the DemonRAT new law you are allowed to run for Senator and president at the same time. What a great state to come up with that law!

Booker touts 'Spartacus moment' over Kavanaugh documents Mike Emanuel previews the final round of Kavanaugh hearings. New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy on Thursday paved way for U.S. Sen. Cory Booker, a fellow Democrat, to simultaneously run for both U.S. Senate and the presidency in 2020. The governor signed a bill that many now call “Cory’s Law” that allows any member of the U.S. House or Senate from New Jersey to run for those offices in addition to pursuing the White House. Booker, who recently made trips to Iowa and New Hampshire in hopes of building nationwide support, is expected to seek the Democratic Party's presidential nomination two years from now. AFTER DEMS' KAVANAUGH FAILURE, CORY BOOKER HEADS STRAIGHT TO IOWA Some had questioned whether Booker could run for president and seek re-election to the Senate as well. Democrats argued that he could, but admitted that New Jersey's laws were vague on the issue. Republicans, meanwhile, said Booker should enter one race at the time. State Sen. Gerald Cardinale, a Republican, taunted Booker just before voting for the measure in the New Jersey Legislature. “Spartacus had the courage to make decisions," Cardinale said, according toPolitico, referring to Booker's widely mocked “Spartacus moment” episode during the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. “He ain't no Spartacus.” "Spartacus had the courage to make decisions. He ain't no Spartacus." — New Jersey state Sen. Gerald Cardinale, commenting on U.S. Sen. Cory Booker While the new law signed by Murphy doesn’t directly mention Booker, it is designed to clarify his exact potential predicament -- ensuring that nobody in the state can challenge a dual Booker candidacy in court.

Done all the time. When LBJ was running for VP, he was also on the ballot for Senator from Texas. FYI, it was a win-win.

Several states have set up similar laws to allow a Senator to run for President. Are Republicans that worried about Booker?

Cory Booker is a neoliberal. He sucks. I don't care what he runs for.

No! He's great comic relief

Although he admittedly sexually assaulted a woman, he / the Democrats have refused to hold him to the same 'Herman Cain' standards to which they tried to hold Kavanaugh.

Based on documented facts, If you are a Democrat in the Elite / Protected Class you can still stay in office / run for President even if:

You are a career sexual predator with a long history of sexual harassment, sexual assault, rape, & adultery

If you ADMIT to having sexually assaulted a woman

If you Obstruct Justice, Violate the FOIA and the Federal Records Act, commit the crime of Espionage, mishandle classified, and compromise national security

Rigged Primaries, cheated in debates, engaged in election fraud, violated both Election and Campaign Finance Laws, and illegally colluded with / paid foreign spies (working for the FBI) and Russians for their help in trying to get you elected....

Openly call for an end to civility, for increased violence, and for violent intolerance

Pay thugs to crash the political rallies of your opponent and beat and bloody his supporters....

They claim they are above the rules, regs, laws, Constitution that apply to everyone else.
