Cop Avoids Jail Time For Raping A Child - Justice?

Not much as to details of what he is being accused in the OP's linked article. If he really did rape the girl, then he is getting off too easy and that is an injustice. If he didn't rape her, then what did he do? IDK. If he is innocent as he proclaims, then it's an injustice that he is punished at all.
If he had sex with a 13 yr old that’s RAPE

it’s also pedophilia. Thought you folks were crazy about that and here you defend it

Odd

"A former sheriff’s deputy in Tennessee accused of raping a 14-year-old girl struck a plea deal with prosecutors last week that keeps him out of prison and from having to register as a sex offender. Brian O. Beck, 47, was indicted by a grand jury in June 2018 on charges of aggravated assault, rape and sexual battery by an authority figure, he reached a deal with prosecutors on Feb. 28 in which he pleaded guilty to felony aggravated assault.

Shelby County District Attorney General Amy Weirich said Monday in a statement: “Given the totality of evidence, we ethically could not proceed to trial on the indicted offenses. The decision was made in consultation with the victim.”

So is this justice or no?? Was the a situation were an activist judge sided with a cop over the victim of pedophilia and aggravated assault? Were Deep State Dem prosecutors trying to railroad this guy and didn't have a strong enough case to go to trial with?? and if the victim's family was ok with it; that could mean the cop was innocent or that the little girl was no angel....Maybe she seduced him....According to the case, the sexual assaults had been ongoing for 20 months; which means at least starting when she was 13 yrs old. He did plead guitly to felony aggravated assault however -- is it common for a grown ass man to commit FELONY aggravated assault on a child and not face any jail time??

If the facts as stated are correct, then no........should have life in prison.

The decision was made in consultation with the victim.

The decision was made in consultation with the victim.

The decision was made in consultation with the victim.

so they asked the 14 year old her opinion?

Well, that makes total sense.

Took 62 posts and your hypocrisy being pointed out to get there

Ohh

Moron....I just saw this thread today...you idiot.....and if there is hesitation to post about this, it's because of assholes like you lying about every aspect of these criminal cases......so just jumping in is dumb, until you can find out what the truth is and what the democrats in the press are selling....especially when it comes to cops.
