It appears he didn’t serve his full prison sentence, he was released from prison. They ARE treating him differently because he is pretending to be a woman. When a person is a danger to society and has proven it, he should be locked up in a psychiatric facility after he completes his entire prison terms. This is correct Chris and studies of child murderers have shown that those who have served a previous sentence when they are allowed out and they continue to abuse and rape children that the next child they take after they get out of prison they usually murder, this because there is then nobody who can identify them, nobody to tell parents or anyone in authority that "X abused me, X raped me" and then X thinks that means no more prison.
