ADMITTED she broke this law but claims she was "extremely careless" ....as opposed to "grossly negligent."
Now.... You 'keyboard legal scholars' will note... there's no provision in this law for
INTENT... no criteria requiring sending and receiving... although, according to Comey, she is guilty of that as well on at least several counts.
From my perspective, the ONLY argument we should be having is whether she should serve
concurrent 10 year sentences for the
multiple counts or not?
