I think a full-blown investigation by Congress is in order here. I mean, subpoenas of emails, correspondence, transcripts, meetings, the works... It's not suspicions when the FBI has pointed out she's guilty of felonies. The Federal Records Act makes all of her emails Federal Records, it's illegal to destroy Federal Records, or attempt to destroy them. They pointed out that she deleted LOTS of emails, which they retrieved. I can name three laws she violated right off the top of my head. Violating one of which actually disqualifies her from ever holding a public office again. I'm not sure if you're in denial, or just ignorant, but you really should do some actual research.

Hillary Clinton's Extreme Carelessness Sure Seems Like a Federal Felony

Why did the FBI recommend against prosecuting her for gross negligence in handling classified material?


the statutes guiding the FBI's investigation, 18 USC 793, makes it a felony to "mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way" (emphasis added), as Comey himself notes at the beginning of yesterday's statement. Maybe Comey perceives a difference between extreme carelessness and gross negligence, but if so he never bothered to elucidate it.
