I burned out the anger candle many years ago, after the assassination of JFK and RFK. Then 911, 25 years ago. Anger is counterproductive.Unsurprised is not a feeling, dumbass, it's a lack of a particular feeling or emotion. Just as "not angry" is not a feeling or "not scared" is not a feeling.
You say you were not surprised but neither was I surprised. What I did feel though was anger. So I'm asking what you DID feel, if you felt anything at all. Were you angry? Were you glad it happened? Did you feel the victim was to blame like so many do? Did you (and do you) feel apprehension about the direction our country is going as it embraces violence more and more?
What say you?
I prefer gathering the facts and then analyzing them and reaching tentative conclusions. Charlie was not killed by a 30-06 round.
