Not the middle of nowhere
European coal futures rise to one-year high

ummm............who's not winning?

The alarmist k00ks don't get that in the end, in terms of energy, "costs" are everything!! And the only thing!! Because that's what governments want. Of course, they must throw a bone to the fringe k00k left that are all in on expensive renewables, but its always gonna be about fossil fuels s0ns. Yep.....you can hem and whore until the cows come home with bogus cost statistics but its the same now as it was 10 years ago and 50 years ago and will be 50 years from now!! Economies do waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better with cheaper energy. duh

As production slows, futures will rise. More money chasing a more scarce product.

Dang....one thing we know from this forum........people who are pretty damn good with science suck at understanding global economics or the hedge fund market............

And globally, coal will be booming for decades, particularly in Asia.......its called demand for energy s0ns. Well.......at least the Obama EIA thinks so :coffee:

Coal 'isn't going anywhere' despite renewables boom, says industry head

Renewables will catch up to coal in the US sometime during the 2030's BUT in Asia, not until late in the 2,000's. Only the goofball progressives think that costs don't matter in the real world!!:eusa_dance::eusa_dance::gay:
