That judge says the people that came forward were not credible. That judge has no right to decide that. In other words he was in on it either voluntarily or coerced. Funny that Nevada was the first state to pick alternative electors. Funny too how Nevada has made sure there will be no audits.

FruitLoops, the judge DIDN'T say the plaintiff was not credible, as you moronically thought ... he said their evidence wasn't credible. He said it wasn't relevant to prove their claim. And it wasn't. You can't tell from a voter roll if a dead person voted. All you can tell is dead peoples' names hadn't been purged from the voter rolls. Same with the people who moved. All you can tell from the voter rolls and DMV data is that they moved. There is no way from that evidence to determine if they voted or not.

That's why the judge threw the case out. They never presented relevant evidence to the court.
