If there's an ethics violation, then why hasn't Senate Leader done anything about it? People are so convinced, but don't see that nobody that has authority to do something is taking the claims seriously. Are you thinking Congress, where insider trading is all but legal, is the body that's going to lecture another branch of government about ethics? That body would need to start practicing it first.Ethics be damned, right?

They found cocaine in the White House but racist lefties are more concerned about a four year old Christmas party hosted by a Supreme Court Justice. Go figure.

There's no evidence that the story came up links payments made to the aide to Thomas receiving any financial gain.Howw do you know ?

Under violation of what law? In order to do an investigation, there has to be something at the end of the road, if you find something, to be able to charge him with a crime. You can't say ethics violations, if the laws on the book at the time it happened, doesn't say that what happened was unethical.It should be investigated. Dont you agree ?
