Chris Christie - Trump Can’t Win

They truthfully look at the state of the nation and Biden's track record/mental decay.......it's a no brainier....no pun intended.
58% say they still support Trump.
If they think Trump is the best alternative to Biden, it's a "no-brainer" indeed. Also, "no-dignity", "no-ethics", and "no-good-at-all-for-the-nation".

So you agree Biden is equally wrong under the law.

Yes. It's certainly possible Trump has gone beyond what Biden has done but that's not the standard we should use. If Trump committed additional crimes, you charge him BUT you charge both and all for initially violating the laws.

Just a political opportunist, like the dems.
WOW ! Absolute irony at it's best. You just described trump to a tee. He saw a time when their was a strong economy ( Obama ) in the making and exploited the growing distrust in government the people were developing. Con-men are natural exploiters and opportunists.

Your alternate reality is amusing. Here is some actual reality.

Mr. Christie said the midterms were an actual change point in the history of the party: that its central struggle can no longer be avoided. That struggle is how and why to put Mr. Trump in the rearview mirror. …

The strongest argument: Mr. Trump can’t win, and if you truly seek to win you must disengage from him.

“This is a baseball country,” Mr. Christie said. “It’s always three strikes and you’re out.” Mr. Trump struck out in 2018, 2020 and 2022. He never came close to a plurality of the popular vote. When Mr. Christie ended his tenure as chairman of the RGA, in 2014, there were 31 Republican governors. Next year there will be 26. The reason, he said, is that Mr. Trump weighs the party down and picks candidates based not on issues or electability but personal loyalty. It is an electoral narcissism that is killing the party.

Three strikes and you’re out. Trump’s a loser! Time to move on.

Wrong.
While I dislike Trump and normally would never even vote republican, clearly these attacks on Trump are the most dangerous and illegal events in all of US history.
More dangerous to the republic than even the Civil War.
And the only way to set things right is to spotlight the criminals, by ensuring Trump is elected.

And Trump proved to be one of the better presidents in US history.
He started no wars, and spent only what was needed by events he did not cause.

I think moderates and independents have had their fill of Trump. Constant drama

These trials will bring a daily reminder of what Trump brings

Trump brought it on himself

Wrong.
Trump is obnoxious, but he never did anything even close to being remotely "illegal".
So then Trump did NOT "bring it on himself", at all, in any way.
The charges, just like the impeachments, are totally bogus, corrupt, and essentially treason.

Any democrat who claims Trump broke any law, is not going to get elected.
It is treason to lie about Trump and claim he broke any law.
The criminal Justice system says Trump broke the law

Christie is right. There is NO candidate that can motivate the Dems more than trump. And Independents are NOT going to vote for a criminal or prospective criminal in the White House.

I DO NOT WANT A MAN WHO TREATS OUR COUNTRY'S SECRETS LIKE TOILET PAPER IN THE WHITE HOUSE.

Wrong.
Mar-a-Lago is much more secure than the White House, which has hourly tours run by unpaid interns.

Keeping them in a garage next to his most prized possession or in an unlocked storage room, in a building just about owned by the Chinese through 'charitable donations' is okay then?
Trump knew he took them, Biden did not know. Movers moved them in there. Obviously he never saw them. That's a huge difference. Like trump's offense is like aggravated assault , whereas Biden's is like self-defense. And I'm certain if any other top government employees like Mitch McConnel or Nancy Pelosi had any copies of such documents they probably burned them rather than have the spotlight shine on them in a negative manner. Most politicians aren't as honest as Biden and Pence. This is a wake up call for the people who distribute these documents each copy should be numbered and put in a recall system for no longer than 30 days. It would be nice if the copies could simply self-destruct after a certain period of days or wrote them in ink that fades out. Something obviously needs to be done.

Christie is at around 3%. He must know he can't win especially with his angry rhetoric during the debate so what's the point?
