Some may say that sounds ghoulish, especially from a pro-life Catholic, but ... for one thing, the (true) Catholic Church has never been against the death penalty except in certain cases (like where guilt is not certain).

But logic alone tells you that we cannot have these kinds of public shootings/assassinations. No one will want to do public speaking anymore and ignorance will therefore prevail.. ignorance as to whom we should vote for... what they stand for, etc...
