You tweak your story regarding distances or such, but how do you backpedal on something as the caliber of the round you supposedly found stuck in Charlie? And if Robinson didn't do it, who did? And why did the FBI wed itself to such an obviously harebrained story. Who is Trump protecting? Why did Netanyahu get on TV the very next day and say 'I didn't do it?'

The article you quoted says MAY not you twisted and pefverted that into DOES NOT

I agree on most cases.

But we don't know if this was a clean shot with a normal "typical" 30-.06 round. I gave one possible explanation that has not yet been ruled out.

I believe Robinson may have shot through the parapet flashing.

Others have provided other possibilities like a fragmenting round, ricochet, etc.

Further to the point, not only is the defense merely claiming this, if Tyler Robinson did not shoot Charlie then who did? There is not even a single remote secondary suspect. If Robinson is wrong, then they got nothing, no idea, no trace, no lead.

That means that the same people whom the gov could track down 1600 people at a riot four years later cannot find the murderer who shot someone on camera right in the middle of a packed university?

Not to mention that Tyler's boyfriend has already testified that Tyler called him after the shooting and confessed the crime.
