People are getting tired of this shit.
Repeat offenders, both petty thieves all the way up to the murderously violent, are being released from jails all over, property crimes, both theft and vandalism, below a certain dollar value are not even being prosecuted in a lot of places, mobs are blocking traffic and threatening any drivers who object, and there are still people setting fires in a lot of places. A pretty large portion of the government and Hollywood appear to be pedophiles and sexual predators, and are also apparently willing to murder people who might publicly discuss that.

But if you pull a gun out and tell aggressive ghetto trash to fuck off back to where they came from, you get prosecuted. A large crowd violates and trespasses on your private property and then makes threats and talks shit when told to kick rocks, and you are the one getting charged with a crime...... because you weren't stupid enough to confront a mob unarmed. A drunk pissing in a parking lot attacks a father for telling him to put it up, and dies in the resulting scuffle and the father is now doing 20+ years for murder?
And cops are giving out tickets and people are getting fined for not wearing a fucking mask?

Just exactly who are the bad guys here?



At what point are we going to admit that our legal system is seriously fucked up? Because I really don't see what it is doing to serve the needs of those of us who are paying for it.
And rather than focusing solely on the patrol cop, why are we not going after city councils, mayors, judges, and prosecutors? They are the shotcallers, not that 10 year patrol cop........ let's look at defunding their sorry asses, what do you say?
Or we could just drag them out and hang them in the streets, but that kind of thing gets out of hand pretty fast.

The fact that laws on guns and how they may be used vary from state to state....definitely needs to be a legal standard that applies to everyone no matter where they live in regards to guns and all the laws applied to use of deadly force as in when it is legal to use weapons in self defense etc.

As far as use, most all the laws are standard..... you need to show specific facts that would lead a reasonable person to believe they are in danger of dying or facing such great harm that lethal force was warranted. Pretty simple.
The difference is in how these pretty universal legal standards get applied..... a prosecutor brings their own experiences, beliefs, and biases and that has a big impact on who gets charged and prosecuted, and why.

Plus, legit self-defense claims are actually fairly rare; more often, it is an attempt to weasel out of a criminal assault, or a case of mutual combat. So a lot of DAs and judges are going to roll their eyes when you claim it, unless you know how to properly articulate what happened, because it is on you to present your affirmative defense.

The Dems, IMHO, should really, really, really be ashamed of themselves for abetting all this anarchy -- especially when COVID-19 has destroyed the economic lives of so many fellow Americans -- but they are NOT.
