No it's the end. Trump will not be able to illegally appoint another corrupt attorney to bring the bogus charges. No need. This was just a silly delay.

Reflexive cult shartObstructing such that it can’t even come to trial because another Trump Win just fires off another strong round of Dem emotions
That was New York State laws, that have no bearing on me....federal laws or Maine Laws, I know more about....very similar to the Democrats pretending sopposed misdemeanors were felonies to get arount the S of L.
Trump seems to deliberately feeding them the gandar sauce. They hate the taste.
So a part timer whose career is safe and nearly over gets put in to smear and screw Trump and appease Dems"Currie, an appointee of former President Bill Clinton, ordinarily sits in South Carolina. She was appointed to the Halligan matter because other judges in the Eastern District of Virginia play a role in ensuring there is a top prosecutor in their district.
When the chief judge of the 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals tapped Currie to handle the challenges to Halligan, he said the move was being taken “in the interest of maintaining public confidence in the impartial administration of justice.”
In May, the federal judges in the Eastern District of Virginia voted unanimously to keep Halligan’s predecessor, Siebert, whose 120-day stint as interim US Attorney was coming to a close, in the job.
Among the judges who made the decision are US District Judge Michael Nachmanoff, who was later assigned Comey’s case, and Jamar Walker, who was later assigned to oversee James’ case.
Currie, who first started presiding over cases in The Palmetto State in 1994, stopped serving as a full-time judge in 2013."
Wait, surely MAGA isn't stupid or ballsy enough to cry about that, after the events of the.last 15 years."Published: 09.03.2025
Senate Democrats Block U.S. Attorney Nominees from Serving Communities Across America
All 10 U.S. Attorney nominees were favorably reported out of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
WASHINGTON – Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) requested unanimous consent to confirm 10 U.S. Attorney nominees who advanced the Judiciary Committee by voice vote. Since being favorably reported out of committee, these law enforcement nominees have languished on the Senate floor due to historic obstruction by Senate Democrats, including an unprecedented blanket hold on all 93 U.S. Attorneys imposed at the beginning of the second Trump administration."

The Democrats' resistance again.
Not.much to appeal, though. The letter of the law is pretty clear.Text of decision.
Dismissed with keave to re-present.
Also, the U.S. can appeal.
No need. This was just a silly delay.

His name is clear. There will be no new charges.I wonder why Comey doesnt insist on a trial to clear his name?
He'll get one soon enough.
Wow, that must be frustrating. The problem is that the statutes of limitation have now run out to file the charges and indict and that puts Comey pretty much in the clear.
They made sure of that before petitioning the judge to throw out the case which I'm sure was likely deep state controlled.
So much for justice. We really cannot expect a lot of it until the deep state is eradicated.

The #2 guy at DOJ?
The guy that got a child molester a sweetheart deal, moved to a prison camp, with privileges, including a puppy, and a warden as her personal secretary, that has a petition of clemency sitting on Trumps desk?
That guy?
The right wing noise machine will whine and stomp for a few days.Because the attorney was appointed by President Trump….LOL. What a joke.
It will be appealed and the charges will still go forward.
He thinks like an eight year old.In Trumps mind, he is the CEO of a company. The company of the US, and everyone is his employee that can be fired like his tv reality show.
I'm not facetious. In his demented brain, he really believes that's where he is right now.
