And throwing money at the issue won't help. You need people willing to arrest and prosecute criminals to the max allowed by law.

Not only that but we need to change many of the laws which are too lenient on criminals.

It would be nice if it were a state issue but the blue cities refuse to prosecute criminals. But, I'm all for your proposal of red states taking over blue cities. Good idea.
