You missed a few other revenue items:
$240b tariff revenue
Raise the top tax rate to 40% ($1.5T x 40/35 = $214b more revenue)
Add in the DOGE $213b
If the Fed lowers the interest rate paid on the $39T by 1%, saves $220b
If the economy grows at 3% instead of 1.8% would save $50b

so adding them up: 50+220+213+214+240 = $938b its a start, we might even need to add a "wealth tax" to make progress.

You also missed the fact that if we keep adding to the debt the dollar crashes, no SS, no Medicare, no Medicaid, no defense, no anything. We'd become the Weimar Republic on steroids.

The Constitution requires all duties, imposts, and excises be uniform throughout the US; is this what you mean?

At the time our founding documents were written only white male property owners were involved; their solutions are not necessarily applicable to our society today.
