Lybia, Somalia, Mozambique, Japan, Israel, Syria, UAE, Italy, Russia, Pakistan, Cuba--just to name a few have all detained Americans in the last 20 years. Sometimes they died in custody.

So all of those nations have declared on war on us too then....right? Should be bomb them too?
