There ya go, Winco. You answer your own question. What is legal to release is being released. It could have been released under Biden but it was not. The Democratic Congress had the same subpoena power that the Republicans now have, but the Democrats chose not to use it.

The "legal divide" was created by the Republicans being willing to do what the Democrats were not willing to do.
