So Shawn Stinson is a genetic abnormality? I have not read that anywhere.
Doesn’t matter either way. The woman is disguised as a man and needs to use the woman’s bathroom, or wear depends. If it has a dick, it is part of an elaborate disguise, but a disguise non the less.
Her condition is self inflicted and is neither an immutable or innate trait. It is not a discriminatory practice to insist, by the power of law that she use the woman’s restrooms and locker rooms.
Her comfort is moot.

There is no worry of her impregnating another female through a rape. And I have no doubt that someone as bizarre as someone who would deny their very birth sex would have no guilt making women and little girls uncomfortable by it’s presence.
