California is completely free of drought for the first time in 25 years

First time in 25 years. I posted the proof. Are you saying that proof isn't articulate?

I read somewhere that the Santa Ana winds are already happening. That may dry out the State in some degree and melt snowpack on to previously fire ruined lands. Anticipate some mudslides.

This is the title, I wrote it:

So, I ask again, what drought? There is no drought.

It will be back in drought this summer. Unpredictability is a climate change thing.

Plus about 70% of the US is currently "abnormally dry" or above.

No it isn't a climate change thing the ignorance you display every day here is stunning as the climate of California remains unchanged for centuries, you are babbling about variable weather events which is alway variable over time.

Republicans want to annex Greenland because climate change is melting the arctic and creating sea routes, but they also have to keep pretending that the climate doesn't change to appease their boot licking, brain rotted voter base

No Greenland isn't having Climate Change at all as it is still classified as POLAR and has been the entire integlacial period.

An earthquake needs to put California in the ocean.
Hey, there are still some normal folks out here. In fact, California has more registered Republicans than any other state.

Uh oh. The Climate has changed again. AOC is going to have to tack on another 12 years for the planet's demise.

yes, now they have massive flooding.........it's fire or flood, sounds like a great place to live and then the taxes and regulations

California has been "out of drought" multiple times over the decades. And rainfall has barely changed in centuries (and in fact is higher than it was 400 years ago).

What California has is a population problem.

In the last couple of decades they changed the definition of "drought" to include not just lack of water due to low precipitation, but lack of water due to an excessive population. And to add to that, California has a serious problem with a lack of storage. Something the state is actually making worse by destroying reservoirs.

The drought in California has not a damned thing to do with "climate change". It never has. It's all about overpopulation and lack of resource management.

US averaged a billion-dollar disaster every 10 days in 2025, analysis shows

What's the proper number of billion-dollar disasters?

How do you know?

In reality, that is a meaningless thing to throw around.

Simple fact, go back twenty years and those would have seemed smaller because of the effect of inflation over time.

People would yawn at the Great LA Flood of 1938. After all, how bad could it have been? There was less than $100 million in damages.

Did you know that is one of the worst conceived myths is about California falling into the ocean? The San Andreas fault is slipping, not spreading. Many years in the future, Los Angeles will be where San Francisco is now.
