I don't think that's an impediment. High blood pressure is a problem, but not artereos sclerosis. The arteries in his heart were blocked, not the ones in his dick.

Anyhow, all the facts in the story can be verified independently.

He wasn't just friends with a paedophile. He visited the guys private orgy compound. THe details are going to come out in a civil lawsuit filed against Epstein. I'd say the chances that Clinton is clean are just about zero.
