Yes in metro Phoenix
Had to get a tree branch and nudge it to safety
. It was belligerent
In the Metro area? My Aunt & Uncle retired in the Metro area.

I would have thought that it would be sluggish. After all, on the pavement, it would be very warm, and that usually makes reptiles lethargic.

I would never save a poisonous snake.

But that's just me.
Depends on where you find it.

In a metro area, yeah it has to die.

If your hiking and 40 miles from anywhere.... Hey, it has a right to live too.

Anytime I see one, no matter where it is, all I think about is the possibility of it biting someone...Most importantly my kids or grand kids.

I do understand what you're saying, but I just couldn't let one live knowing the danger they present.

No different than seeing a board with a nail sticking up. Remove the threat of danger to others.

We'll have to agree to disagree.

To me, if I am in the middle of nowhere and I know that there are never anyone around but crazy ass me, then I'm just going to go around and finish the rest of my life.

IF I knew that it may be different.
