They told her to exit her vehicle which is a lawful order. This has also been confirmed as a Constitutional practice by the Supreme Court.

Yes, asking her to step outside of the car, was a lawful order.....so what? That does not give permission for cops to kill her, to execute her.

And stepping out of the car order and an arrest, are two different things... She was not under arrest, and had not been told she was under arrest....

No, you missed the point, the car was stopped, and then the cops fired 15 times, not 3.

The car that hit the ICE agent was still moving, and he fired 3 shots, well inside the response arc of self defense, considering she hit him with her SUV.

Nope! He killed her, after he was out of the way of imminent danger, (of which he was never in imminent danger of being killed or seriously harmed) but even pretending and lying about... he was in imminent danger, the shot that killed her, was shot from the side of the car where he was out of the way. His duty, was NOT TO SHOOT HER, and put others in harms way by an out of control car with a dead driver or seriously injured driver.

When a LE officer tells you four times to exit your vehicle, it's a safe bet that you are under arrest.

Probable cause is needed for an arrest and cops must tell the person they are under arrest, and for what crime...and they must read them their Miranda rights, respect their silence, let them contact a lawyer etc. etc. etc.

She did not use deadly force to kill him, nor was he ever in position to be killed....nor was anyone else in danger of being killed....any little tap by a car that he was in front of or put himself in front of, IS NOT HER USING DEADLY FORCE TO KILL OR HARM HIM....there has to be a REAL THREAT of death... the majority of Americans from all angles of the shooting, do not believe her actions put anyone in a reasonable threat of death or bodily harm.

It needs a truthful, legitimate investigation. All persons killed by cops deserve such honest investigation. Arguing against that, is unAmerican....and breaks our constitutional rights....the 4th Amendment....

His camera proved that she looked directly at him and hit the gas.

Prudent driving procedures would have told any mature adult to, having seen him directly in front of her vehicle, waited until he was obviously many feet out of the path of being struck by her vehicle, before hitting the accelerator.

She saw him and knew there was a chance of hitting him if she took off, and took off anyway, and hit and injured him.

The least can be said for her is that her reckless driving got her killed. No big loss.

Two shots in the head at a moving target, it's called proper shot placement and follow-through, can be most effective when you are concerned about the welfare of others in the area when eliminating what you perceive to be a threat, and not being so self-consumed your safety is the only concern.
