I've watched several of them, including the slowed down one in one of these threads showing the officer who fired rolling off the front left bumper as she tried to drive off. That's the one that fired.

She didnt block the road. You were able to see here wave on the first truck. The second pulled right up to her aggressively. She didnt try to run anyone over. She turned her wheel right and pulled away slowly - she was on ice/snow. The agent shot her in the back of the head from behind not from in front of the car. He shot her to keep her from getting away. He will be in jail. There is zero doubt.
