According to a witness, an agent was trying to open her door when she fled.

She didnt block the road. You were able to see here wave on the first truck. It drove right by asshole.

The second truck pulled right up to her aggressively. She panicked and tried to pull away. She didnt try to run anyone over. No one was EVER in front of her car. She turned her wheel right and pulled away - she was on ice/snow so it wasnt fast and she didnt spin out.

The agent shot her in the back of the head from behind not from in front of the car. He shot her to keep her from getting away. He will be in jail. There is zero doubt.
