CNN just showed a more complete video and it certainly appears to me that the officer had reason to believe he was in danger, though he was able to successfully dodge the vehicle as he was shooting... I don't think he was unjustified in firing his weapon based on what I've seen, but if he was able to dodge the car while firing, he was also able to do so without firing...

I do not believe she had any intent to run anyone over, but the officer had know way of knowing that...

We'll know more once the investigation is completed... of course that means nothing to message board analysts...

The officer, if they acted improperly, is in no danger of being held responsible by this administration. I think that 100% of the readers on this board know that.
