I honestly don't see how under any existing standard this would not be a lawful shooting. She really did not consider, they would actually shoot her. If surrounded by government cars, government officers with guns, it is in your short term long term best interests to go along with them. The really, actually might kill you, and it is worth the consideration. In this case, (unlike Babbitt) she will not be up for a Darwin Award for stopping her line down through the gene pool, as I understand, she already has a daughter. I have no idea how that works, as it is said, the woman leaning over her, in the car after her killing, was her wife.
