There is NO video of the car striking the ICE agent.
There is video of him, to the left of the car, and space between him and the car, while he fires 3 shots to kill an innocent mother.

The Hospital visit is just a ploy to cover his ass.
He wasn't struck and he wasn't injured.

FBI is currently trying to hide all evidence, but you are correct, the ample videos taken tell the real story.

None of this is about the woman's /intentions/, apparently this woman had been following ICE around all day getting in their way interfering in their LE operations, it will probably turn out that she was either a paid organizer by the democrats, ultimately funded through cartels which depend on human and drug trafficking, or she was some idiot incited to violence by various democrats repeatedly calling for public opposition to federal operations as if illegal aliens have never been deported before. Bottom line is that she was way outside the limits of the law and was just begging for a confrontation whatever her real intentions were.

A cop has no way of knowing what is in the mind of a person and only has a split-second to decide. She was ordered to stop, the officer was directing her to get out of her vehicle and instead, she started pulling away with another officer ahead of her. He has no idea nor need to read a person's mind to know how she will cut her wheels, in fact, one video clearly shows her clipping the guy with the corner of her vehicle even with him stepping back trying to get out of her way.

That is when he shot to stop her. That is why you are required to obey police. Cops are not mind-readers and must assume the worst for their own protection. If there is any violation of your rights, you abjudicate that in court. I'm 100% sure the officer involved will be cleared of any wrongdoing.

I honestly don't see how under any existing standard this would not be a lawful shooting. I mean I am no fan of Trump or ICE, but the driver seems to have made a really stupid decision that cost her her life. If it makes you feel better though, her gofundme is over half a million and growing.
