60 per cent at least. In saying that, it is ironic that some are saying that Canada and Greenland should join the states. Most on the Republican side. They do realise that if all 10 Canadian provinces and Greenland came on board as states, at least 90 per cent of the new 22 senators would be Dems. They do know that right? Well, the interesting thing is, IIRC, is that there have been a couple of times where Puerto Rico has had a referendum to join as a state and have said no. Also, there is no way Canada would join unless their provinces were turned into states. Their biggest cities have two, three or even four times the populations than half a dozen US states. No taxation without representation!
