Breaking Alert: Democrat NC Sheriff Investigating Whether To Charge Trump With 'Inciting A Riot'

Let him. The money Trump has in his couch cushions is enough to bankrupt that DA's office with motion after motion after motion that the office will have to respond to. And if they drop it, he'll hammer them with wrongful prosecution lawsuits.

Here is Why Donald Trump Might Have Broken the Law

Trump is within his rights to ask security to remove the person for being disruptive. He is not within his rights to reminisce about the good old days when protesters were carried out on stretchers, given the effect it would have on his audience. He is not within his rights to encourage violence with a nod, a wink and a promise to pick up the legal fees.…

Actually, he is, and nothing will happen. It's grandstanding by the Sheriff, plain and simple.

Sheriff Joe?

Trumpery's hate speech seems to me to be tantamount to the old saw 'yelling fire in a crowded theater' but even though he does incite riots and violence, he'll never pay the price.

And we've got several more months of him offering to pay the legal fees of those who follow his instructions to "punch him in the mouth".

Next, Trumpery will buy the stretchers to carry them out on because they have no right to assembly or free speech.

What's the price? Firing squad? BTW, numnutz, please link to a riot caused by Trump.......a real riot, not a wannabe figmentation of the left mind riot.

I don't excuse the shameful way that Trump's enemies have distorted and demagogued his theatrical tough talk about dealing with unruly protesters, but Trump needs to stop giving his enemies this kind of ammo. He needs to stop making it possible for his enemies to make it seem like he is still excusing violence against protesters.

For example, yesterday Trump noted that the guy who got elbowed as he was being led out that rally in NC had been making obscene gestures and using provocative language. True, but that was no reason for anyone to elbow him in the face as he was being led away, and, predictably enough, some news networks used Trump's remark to argue that Trump was equivocating about not wanting violence at his rallies.

Trump's enemies do not care how rudely or provocatively the protesters are behaving at his rallies. They will use any action against those protesters to paint Trump's rallies as violently oppressive and authoritarian.

Trump needs to realize this fact and (1) continue to tell his supporters not to get physical with protesters, as he has been doing for the last several days; (2) let the security people take care of the protesters; and (3) continue to make it clear in his interviews and press conferences that he condemns any violence against protesters, no matter how rudely and provocatively they behave.

If Trump was listening to you, he might have won, maybe, two-three states total, so far. He is doing just fine, and hammering home the point, this election is Americas' last hurrah, despite what bought an' paid for professional politicians mislead you to believe!
