he confessed
Where on the ATF application does it ask for an account of all activity with prostitutes?
to whom?
the american people…on 60 Mins.to whom?
Just like it was with the Hillary investigations and stolen election claims
Grandstanding for the far right base
yep…makes you wonder why xiden is some soft on gunsLying of the BATF Form 4473 is only one of the things Hunter has to worry about. As I posted earlier this morning, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), makes it unlawful for any person to ship, transport, receive, or possess firearms or ammunition, if they are an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act, codified at 21 U.S.C. § 802);
In other words, merely being in possession of a firearm or ammunition while having used a controlled substance within the last 12 months, is a federal crime.

The Chinese prostitute thing is just icing on the cake.

Who gives a shit about Hunter? Its his dad that we are after. Rather than sending him away for 12 months, you compile a LONG list of crimes that combined will put Hunter in prison for the rest of his life. Once you threaten him with that, Hunter will spill the beans on his father in order to stay out of prison. His dad is almost dead now anyway, so it wont be hard to get Hunter to roll over on "the big guy".So why hasn't Hunter Biden been charged? There's more than enough video evidence on his laptop.
Merely possessing a firearm or ammunition while using drugs within the last 12 months is a federal crime according to 18 U.S.C. § 922
"Such use is not limited to the use of drugs on a particular day, or within a matter
of days or weeks before, but rather that the unlawful use has occurred recently enough to
indicate the individual is actively engaged in such conduct. An inference of current use or
possession may be drawn from evidence of a recent use or possession of a controlled
substance or a pattern of use or possession that reasonably covers the present time. The ATF
has determined that the present time is represented by the time frame of within the past 12
months."

"The Gun Control Act (GCA), codified at 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), makes it unlawful for certain categories of persons to ship, transport, receive, or possess firearms or ammunition, to include any person:
who is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act, codified at 21 U.S.C. § 802);"

Just explaining the reality of getting an actual conviction in court to the RW fanatics who believe what they hear on Talk Radio
Keep dreaming nutbag.Hunter's shenanigans will be taken up in a court of law, just as soon as the House Republicans are through with their investigation. Then on to his father.
Whether he is convicted or not doesn’t negate the fact that clearly he is a lowlife. Pictures aside, his emails are also very shady. Regardless of conviction, eyebrows should be raised about the potential of this lowlife working with/for his dad.
It is a very reasonable assertion and not exactly a leap of faith that Joe and Hunter are two peas in a pod, particularly given what Hunter was doing. If he was just smoking crack, hanging out with prostitutes and under age girls, that would be one thing. I would write it off as a son who just went astray, however, when this same son is getting big pay working for foreign companies that the US and his dad just happen to be dealing with, one should take pause.

As has been documented on this thread with links… prosecution for lying on this form is virtually non existent .Not only from purchasing a firearm, but merely possessing a firearm or ammunition is a federal crime according to 18 U.S.C. § 922
And a person doesn't need to have an actual drug charge to be ineligible. Just the fact that they used drugs at any time within the last 12 months makes it a felony to be in possession of a firearm or ammunition.

So, why is someone being a lowlife a concern of Republicans in the House?
You have ZERO evidence that the President is involved, actually all available evidence indicates the contrary
Newsflash: he gets those jobs by being a son of the VP/POTUS, looking presentable in a suit and being able to put two words together.I guess you didn’t read the second paragraph. I don’t care that he is a lowlife, but when how does such a low life get such high paying positions in companies in countries with which his father is dealing as a high ranking government employee. That is the concern and should be for anyone, unless politics trump everything else, which is likely the case.

What evidence substantiates your non-involvement with raping children? The only "evidence" that substantiates Joe Biden's non-involvement is his own word.
The only "evidence" that substantiates Joe Biden's non-involvement is his own word. He has publicly claimed that he had no involvement in his son's business transactions, which is a lie. That lie has been debunked by Hunter's emails, whistle-blower reports, and actual photographs of Joe and Hunter posing with less than reputable characters.
