While I agree that hunter is dirty... I'm not going to lean into the NFA to support the claim. The NFA is unconstitutional. As such; it is no more applicable to me, than Hunter Biden.

I do agree that there's much in the NFA and the GCA of 68 that's bullshit and unconstitutional. But what Hunter Biden apparently did was to violate Title 18 of the United States Code. Those are the main criminal codes of the federal government of the United States, which include murder, rape, arson. assault, etc.

Apparently Hunter Biden owned more than one pistol, as well. The one his girlfriend left on the trash can was reportely a .38 caliber revolver. The one he was holding in pictures found on the laptop appeared to be a .380 or 9mm semi-automatic pistol.
