But Blacks correctly ignore drug related violence because they are aware it it the fault of the War on Drugs, and only is between rival drug gangs.
When racist police kill Blacks it is entirely different because police tend to kill the best of the Blacks, not just drug dealers.

I am a supporter of BLM because I understand it.

No, no, not the war on drugs, but the marketplace competition on the street level drug market, otherwise it would have been cops killing drug dealer. Other problem there is just the complete lack of self-discipline of the people living there and taking no responsibility for raising their kids correctly. People getting shot at kids birthday parties? Spare me. Lots of problems, but the war on drugs is only a minor part. In the inner city, they tend to ignore all the black on black crime, violence, as if the regular rules don't apply past a certain block.

No. That was localized stuff the local leaders just didn't handle and a failing on their part. We didn't have any of it in my state, so we didn't depend on national leaders to control it, as it was not something national leaders could control on either side. Maybe you were traumatized or just liked the issue. Local mayors should have asked for assistance and governors should have deployed state guard troops in my opinion to put it down, but they didn't, and I considered it their state, their city, their stupid choice, and their problem.

There weren't national leaders out in the streets at night leading the rioting. I regard those rioters as decidedly leftest, but it was local leadership FAILURE. I didn't elect them, vote for them or choose to raise my family in those places. I am just glad they mostly did the most damage in their own neighborhoods. If it had always been in the mayor's or governor's neighborhoods, maybe they would have cared to stop it.

Nobody living in fear in my house. We are vaccinated, got back from a traveling vacation last month and starting planning on our next, meanwhile socializing with friends (also vaccinated) shopping, supporting community, masking where necessary and going on with our lives with few or no impediments. I have heard you guy talk about this living in fear meme. I just haven't met anybody doing. There was a family living next door, that didn't take precautions until after two of them died and they (thankfully) moved away. I wasn't living in fear even then and even tried to save the young man.

Local politics is local politics. Things that are effected by local control, not national control are local, not national. The president, head of Senate, Speaker of the house cannot order how local response is handled, as the Mayors or Governors are withing their rights to say Fk Off.
I am well aware people try to play national political games, but they are pretty much ineffective at local level. That is why we still have Mayors, Governors, police commissioners, etc appointed at local level. National leaders were never meant to control locally and cannot under our constitution, outside of a national emergency. They can pontificate all they want. Local people can mistakenly can have what they think are broad ranging agendas that they would like enforced or find relief from by appealing to national leaders, but usually is worthless. Think of it as comm chatter and disregard. How is that "defund police" thing doing at National level? Have you seen the Feds shut down somebody's police department and restaffed with Feds or is the bulk of the money and control a local level thing?
If local officials (in say Portland) don't want to react the way you (say, living in Ohio) want them to, the Feds are not likely to be able to change how local officials handle it in the short term, as it was never set up that way in our constitution. It makes for lively pseudo-political discussion on boards like this, but pretty much like a circle jerk, not controlling the local girl that won't uncross her legs.
