So what if Trump's lawyers had dozens of signed affidavits from eye witnesses that said they saw illegal activity when none of them were allowed to prove it with an actual audit of the election. President Joseph Biden's speech tonight at Independence Hall again shows that Joe is a character flawed man; this speech tonight was principally a campaign speech listing all his legislative accomplishment trying to give Americans a reason to stick with the Democrats this November. I have no problem with Joe campaigning he can do it to his heart is content as far as I am concerned but I have a big problem with him going to that hallowed ground where in 1776 fifty-six brave men put their lives, wealth and their families well-being on the line signing the Declaration of Independence and beginning the war to win freedom for the people of America! If you want to go there and talk about issues affecting the welfare of our nation fine but don't have this occasion be a partisan advocate event, many Americans hold Independence Hall as a very dear and special place where God poured torrents of grace on our people!

One thing that President Biden does frequently that is wrong is that he paints the MAGA movement with far-right ideologies and Donald Trump antics. Yes Donald Trump started the MAGA (Make America Great Again) movement but that is where his connection ends; the MAGA movement is about a wholesome prosperous America. It is about the return of American manufacturing, middles class jobs, home ownership that is critical to wealth creation for building individual American families wealth, it is about stop teaching crap to our children like confusion on gender and that all white people throughout America's history are bad because they hold culpability for slavery and racial discrimination, it is about cleaning up the cesspool in Washington where people in Congress are working with the top priority of holding on to their job and for special interests not having the top priority of protecting and advancing the interests of the American people, etc.. President Biden and the Democrats want to trash the MAGA movement because if this movements wholesome values sits in the front of the minds of American voters the Democrat Party is in trouble because many if not the majority of Democrats politicians are atrociously terrible stewards of the American economy - the past two years clearly reveal this!

There is far-right ideologies out there that are really bad but that isn't the bulk of the Republican party or the MAGA movement. An example would be these far right groups that want Secretary of States across the nation to be able to on their own throw out ballots because they believe fraud occurred and not have to prove it to a Judge and only have him or her make that determination. Most Republicans and Independents don't want this they recognize it as subversion of our democracy. This speech was President Biden trying for himself and the Democrat Party to use Donald Trump and the MAGA movement as a foil to move the public attention to this misbehavior and divert people's attention from the economy and the disaster the Democrats have made of it!

President Joe Biden has spotty credibility on this election integrity issue. If he wants to talk about honoring elections he needs to recognize the legitimacy of Republicans concerns about no excuse mail in ballots and the result that this brings ballot harvesting and the unfairness of coercion or fraud in the filling out of significant number of these ballots - he should support a federal law which bans universal mail in ballots and requires compelling cause to vote that way. President Biden should have taken this speech as an occasion to support the bipartisan Senate Bill to protect the electoral college count to stop shenanigans with politicians that want to subvert the legal process by coming up with their own slate of electoral college delegates. President Biden needs to stop with his frequent spiels that the January 6th incident is proof Republicans don't want to accept outcomes of election where they don't like the result the January 6th incident is a failure of law enforcement specifically the Capitol Police authorities even a responsible regular citizen knows you should have had fences or barriers protecting the Capitol on January 6th when at the Ellipse that day (only blocks from the Capitol) you are having the President having a rally with tens of thousands of Angry Americans that believe the election win was gotten by fraud!

President Biden needs to stop acting like a partisan hack accusing Republican officials of calling for violence if the Department of Justice brings criminal charges against Donald Trump over mishandling of government records. What Senator Lindsey Graham said was not a call for violence but a warning that it will happen and he is correct it will happen so the Democrat Attorney General shouldn't do it. Wisdom from the Attorney General and President Biden should recognize that in the media extremism abounds on the left and the right and America has a significant number of people in our country that are not morally well grounded. Considering on the right side in America we have all these far right wing talk radio host and cable news hosts and people like Steve Bannon and groups like the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys who promulgate these beliefs in a Deep State in Washington and we need to disband the FBI because it is subverting our Democracy and other conspiracies and we need to have a revolution in America if the DOJ prosecutes Donald Trump so as to block him from running again and considering the DOJ did not prosecute Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified
information the DOJ will set off one or more far right Americans and they will believe it is time to engage in armed revolution and violence will occurr, if America's leaders don't recognize that they aren't acting responsibly. Actually if President Biden was really on the ball he would send his White House Counsel over to the Attorney General and have a private discussion with him telling him the President needs to know when you are fully confident you have dispossessed Donald Trump of all government records the law requires him to turn over to the Federal Government because once that occurs President Biden will pardon former President Trump for all violations of government records law he committed during and after his Presidency. Because if the DOJ prosecutes Donald Trump for such law violations it will look to many Americans that the Democrat Party was using the apparatus of the federal government to take out a political opponent that is extremely popular with a wide swath of the American electorate egregiously undermining our democracy and this will likely eventually cause pay back activity as Republicans when they are in power use the Executive Branck to punish Democrat opponents! This would be a tragedy for our Democracy if this development were to transpire - so President Biden should nip this problem in the butt right now before long-term damage is done to the country!
