"Biden's documents are different from Trump's documents"

A lawyer's primary job is to defend their client. Practice law is a "duh" answer. You really should find another hobby cause you suck at this.
A cover up is not practicing law there douche.

What cover-up? Hunter Biden?
Ever heard of Christina Bobb and Alex Cannon? It Sure Sounds Like a Trump Lawyer Is in Trouble for Vouching for His Classified Documents Lies!

Last month, for example, the special master assigned to his case instructed his legal team to provide actual evidence to back up the ex-president’s claims that (1) he had already declassified everything the FBI recovered during its August 8 search of his Mar-a-Lago residence, and (2) agents had additionally planted incriminating evidence while they were there. And because members of said legal team didn’t want to potentially get disbarred or something, they wouldn’t do it. Similarly, last week The Washington Post reported that in early 2022, Trump asked attorney Alex Cannon to tell the National Archives that all the materials requested by the agency had been turned over. Cannon refused since he “was not sure the statement was true,” with other Trump advisers reportedly “encourag[ing] Cannon not to make such a definitive statement” that could later come back to bite him in the ass. Which it obviously would have, given that in the following months, the government uncovered hundreds of documents that Trump had not, in fact, returned.

Either it's justified to take highly classified info home without oversight or it's not.
Taking classified documentation with you to your home, and you are not president is called a felony there shit for brains.

Oh my.

Thats because Trump declassified those documents. Why the fuck would he give declassified documents back? You obviously didnt read the OP or you have terrible reading comprehension.
Trump did not have any power to declassify.
He was an ex-POTUS when he was lying to the National Archives about all of the docs already being returned.

And if you want to go back before 1/20/21 and claim Trump went through the declassification process on each and every one of these documents then fine.
Either produce the paper trail attesting to this or put Trump under oath and have him explain under penalty of perjury exactly WHICH docs he "declassified"....when....why....and (exactly) HOW?

Oh yeah. Trump's lawyers are all really stupid. Uh huh. You're funny.

Actually, yeah, they are...

Cohen: fined and jailed
Giuliani: law license suspended, being sued for $1.3 billion, under investigation
Powell (wannabe): sanctioned, being sued for $1.3 billion
Eastman: under investigation
Kleinhendler: sanctioned
Corcoran: under investigation
Bobb: investigated

The point remains, you're condemning everyone who did what Quid Pro did and excusing Quid Pro. Either it's justified to take highly classified info home without oversight or it's not.
How do you justify a federal crime?
