"Biden's documents are different from Trump's documents"

Trump declassified his documents before taking them to Mar-A-Lago.

Biden as VP had no such authority.

Therefore, we know for a fact that Biden illegally possessed the documents.

So there is the biggest difference of all.
Another notable difference is:

- Trump stored his documents on his own property which was under 24/7 Secret Service protection.

- Biden stored his documents at an insecure third-party office which he never visited (1) and was visited by lots of foreigners and people without security clearances. Very irresponsible of him.

1) Biden had his own office, but “he was never there,” said one intern. Penn students working there spent their days drafting memos and research for foreign-policy conferences and op-eds and assisting senior staff, many of them Obama-era foreign-policy officials, with media appearances.
After Biden announced his campaign in 2019, he took an unpaid leave of absence from Penn. The center has not closed, but its work is somewhat stymied without its most visible administrator. Currently, the center is run out of the department that administers study abroad and away programs called Penn Global, suggesting a future focus on the student internship program at the Biden Center.

And yet you seem to reject the fact that both Biden and Trump were in possession of classified docs after leaving office while treating one differently than the other and weaponizing the Democratic DOJ and FBI against your enemies in an unprecedented act against a former president.

LOL

Imbecile, quote me saying he should have had them...
Joe knew ahead of time he'd become President. He planned on stealing the 202o election. So he never worried. He knew he could declassify them later

Huh? WTF are you talking about?

Either it's justified to take highly classified info home without oversight or it's not.
It depends on the facts and circumstances. I’m not trying to be cute. This is always the case, you just need to think rationally.

Is it justified to shoot someone? Depends on the facts and circumstances.

Was it a mistake to take those documents? Yes. Does that mean that Biden deserves the same treatment as Trump? No.
