I am not a legal scholar but at e ver least, his credibility and perhaps malpractice, I dont know. What would be a major curveball would be if he told the world he advised the government, Harris and others that Biden was not competent but they still refused to remove him. Or, what if he was simply paid to keep silent, to remain Dem operative instead of an independent physician.

that would be something for the STATE LICENCING people ----ie possible MISCONDUCT.
If a doc finds a person NOT COMPETENT to do an activity----like finding that a plane
pilot does not SEE well enough or a bus driver or a train Conductor is a bit demented----
or drunk----but fails to report it and STOP him if necessary----he is guilty of MISCONDUCT.

A lot of meaningful action was taken while he was in office, with or without his knowledge or through manipulation of his weak faculties, including but not limited to his nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.

Any bills he signed into law could come under scrutiny, perhaps even be revoked if he wasn't the one signing them with the autopen.

It was his cognitive and physical health that is a serious issue for this doc and all of US, not his mental health.

Though anyone who sniffs babies and females and takes showers with his young daughter certainly has mental issues and I don't doubt that Biden does. But his mental health is not being questioned.

The doctor knew Biden was a potato. Was it the doctors duty to notify Congress and get Biden removed if the doctor knew Biden was severely mentally compromised?
