Biden’s doctor refuses to answer questions at closed door interview

What if the POTUS his so demented that his staff has to sign all of his documents for him while he's out of town?
Come on Leonard. POTUS would never be so compromised that he would allow people to autopen legislation and pardons on his behalf without his knowledge.

That is banana republic type stuff! Never in America!

BUT HIPAA! The POTUS DOCTOR IS NEVER ALLOWED TO SHARE ANY INFORMATION ON THE MENTAL HEALTH OF THE PRESIDENT….EVER!

If Biden was in perfect cognitive health from a medical perspective, why wouldnt the doctor answer questions?

The doctor knew Biden was a potato. Was it the doctors duty to notify Congress and get Biden removed if the doctor knew Biden was severely mentally compromised?

YES!
Yeah, he's claiming patient confidentiality. Don't need patient confidentiality if you're in perfect health. I mean the official line was that Biden could run circles around everyone. No reason the doc couldn't even answer one question, not even one.

In a deposition normally meant to last two or three hours, Biden's physician, Dr. Kevin O'Connor, spent 30 minutes pleading the Fifth to several key questions about Biden's fitness while he was in office. He was largely reticent before, during, and after the deposition. This behavior only adds fuel to the fire that he and others covered up Biden's poor wellness in office while he was president.

O'Connor pleaded the Fifth Amendment to multiple questions about his time with former President Joe Biden during his sit-down. It resulted in a hasty end to what could have been an hours-long deposition.

"I'm going to read the first two questions that were asked. 'Were you ever told to lie about the president's health?' He pleaded the Fifth Amendment. He would not answer that question. The second question, ‘Did you ever believe President Biden was unfit to execute his duty?'" House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., told reporters after the meeting.

"Again, President Biden's White House physician pled the fifth. This is unprecedented, and I think that this adds more fuel to the fire that there was a cover-up."

Not when it is POTUS.

POTUS cognitive health is a national security issue.

What if POTUS has rabies and is out of his ******* mind and wants to melt the planet?

POTUS HEALTH SHOULD NOT BE THE SAME AS KNOWING ABOUT YOUR NEIGHBORS ASS CANCER.

Who in their right mind thinks a POTUS who is cognitively impaired should not resign or be removed via 25th?

A ******* dipshit?
There are provisions in the Constitution to remove a rabid unfit President.

What would the crime be that he would incriminate himself for committing?
I am not a legal scholar but at the very least, his credibility and perhaps malpractice, I dont know. What would be a major curveball would be if he told the world he advised the government, Harris and others that Biden was not competent but they still refused to remove him. Or, what if he was simply paid to keep silent, to remain Dem operative instead of an independent physician.

Couldn't even answer one question, not even one.

Nah, it does not, T K.

This is blocked by testimonial 5th and HIPPA.

No admin block buster bomb exists to get at the testimony.
You know nothing. If you have evidence they don't, you should submit it to the committee. Otherwise, just shut up.

Move on. Biden's time being relevant is over.

Question: Did you note a mental decline in Biden during his term?
Answer: No, he is perfect.

How tough is that?

When you get into pleading the 5th, it implies CRIMINAL CONSEQUENCES OF SELF INCRIMINATION.

WHAT IS THE CRIME IF DOCTOR SAYS, “Yes, I knew he wiped his ass after he peed, but I wanted to protect the country from PRESIDENT HARRIS.”

Gee, he used the Trump tactic! Never mind that a physician doesn’t have to reveal a patient’s status to anyone. This is just an attempt to draw attention away from the Epstein debacle.

They put REAGANS COLON CANCER PROCEDURE ON NATIONAL ******* TELEVISION.

Who remembers that?

The world saw Reagan’s asspipe and the probe burning off the growths.

Why was that not a SECRET?

Not really.

A lot of meaningful action was taken while he was in office, with or without his knowledge or through manipulation of his weak faculties, including but not limited to his nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.

Any bills he signed into law could come under scrutiny, perhaps even be revoked if he wasn't the one signing them with the autopen.

If Trudeau had AIDS from being a *** and was terminal, wouldn’t t be Canadian National Security to know he was going to die?
