Trump gave away $8 trillion dollars in revenue to the super rich. If you had been reelected the federal government would be bankrupt by now. The revenue increase is badly needed and hopefully it's all coming from the super rich paying back their fair share.

Do you really want to go back to those days ? It was even more depressing than today. For me the best years were the '60s, people had hope, people were inspired, they weren't as paranoid as the people of the 50s were and taxes were reasonable. Some help was available, but not so much that it would stifle self-sufficiency and self-reliance. But how do you unopen a can of worms once you've already opened it. It's not possible, the whole world is headed down this path. Corporate government is probably the future of our world.
